We work with the software package Exact. Want to keep an eye on things? It goes without saying that you retain your access to your bookkeeping. Individual receipts and invoices can be uploaded to the accounting system via the app. You can also invoice from this package. We help you set this up, including with reminders and ideal payments. Do you work with a cash register? Then we have a system where you can just fill it in and send it to bookkeeping. Simple, right?! Curious what it looks like? You don't have to worry about the bookkeeping, we'll make sure it's processed properly and keep you informed of the progress. What does this mean? Among other things, we look at the trend in results, outstanding accounts receivable and the cost aspect of your business.

The advantage is that we can offer you a complete package, so you can really focus on your business. We take care of your payslips, journal entries and payment overviews. We also provide employment contracts and settlement agreements and can provide help in the field of employment law. Should we be unable to reach a solution, we have an extensive network of lawyers, including employment lawyers, with whom we cooperate. A specialist case will be placed with them.
We work with the Nmbrs software package. All employees receive a login to view their payslips in the Nmbrs portal. The administration of holidays and contracts, etc. can also be kept up to date in Nmbrs. This way, you’ll have everything you need in one place.
We are a member of the NIRPA (Dutch Institute of Registered Payroll Accounting). We find quality very important and are therefore a member of this organisation. The professionals from our team have to attend training and courses on a regular basis for this in order to keep their knowledge level up to date.
We provide various returns such as income and corporation tax, VAT returns and, where applicable, inheritance tax returns. We also prepare annual accounts for sole traders or general partnerships (if desired, not necessary). We will, of course, draw up the annual accounts, the publication balance sheet and the draft minutes for private limited companies (Dutch bv).
