Bookkeeping
We start with the basics, the bookkeeping. This is processed in cloud-based software.
We work with the software package Exact. Want to keep an eye on things? It goes without saying that you retain your access to your bookkeeping. Individual receipts and invoices can be uploaded to the accounting system via the app. You can also invoice from this package. We help you set this up, including with reminders and ideal payments. Do you work with a cash register? Then we have a system where you can just fill it in and send it to bookkeeping. Simple, right?! Curious what it looks like? You don't have to worry about the bookkeeping, we'll make sure it's processed properly and keep you informed of the progress. What does this mean? Among other things, we look at the trend in results, outstanding accounts receivable and the cost aspect of your business.

Where is your dot on the horizon?
The dot on the horizon is different for every entrepreneur. We understand that. Our consultations focus on which goal you have in mind (strategy), how you want to achieve this and with which means. For example, is the legal form still the right one? Or which tax aspects play a role in the event of a takeover?
We fulfil the role of sparring partner, coach and confidant with regular contact moments, also outside office hours. As a sparring partner, we will actively assist you. We will look at decisions from a critical point of view, share our thoughts about the strategy and the course you want to take. Because we work digitally and have full insight into the figures, we can paint an accurate picture of the company and give you appropriate advice where necessary.
We offer consultations at a reasonable rate, because we would rather see every entrepreneur succeed than fail. You are not obligated to become a client of ours for this, but it does give you the opportunity to look at your business from a different perspective.
In order to help you as effectively as possible, we have 3 options:
- Introductory meeting: As the name implies, a brief introduction. This is a free 20 minute session, where we look with you to find out exactly what you want. Do you have questions about your company's strategy, or do you have questions for us and want to become a client? Let's get acquainted!
- Sparring session: You know where you want to go with your business. How are you going to flesh this out? Schedule a sparring session with us and let us look at your goals, ambitions and strategy (€150 excl. VAT / 60 min.).
- Business coaching: Don't have a clue where you want to go, but you're full of ideas? Let us take a look with you and discuss your ideas. Together with you we will look at your dot on the horizon and devise and implement an appropriate strategy (€250 excl. VAT / 120 min.).

Payroll administration
Taking care of the payroll administration is often seen by entrepreneurs as unwanted administrative hassle that costs you and your company time.
In addition to our administrative activities, we also take care of the payroll administration for our clients. We do this in-house and do not outsource. The advantage is that we can offer you a complete package, so you can really focus on your business. We take care of your payslips, journal entries and payment overviews. We also provide employment contracts and settlement agreements and can provide help in the field of employment law. Should we be unable to reach a solution, we have an extensive network of lawyers, including employment lawyers, with whom we cooperate. A specialist case will be placed with them.
We work with the Nmbrs software package. All employees receive a login to view their payslips in the Nmbrs portal. The administration of holidays and contracts, etc. can also be kept up to date in Nmbrs. This way, you’ll have everything you need in one place.
We are a member of the NIRPA (Dutch Institute of Registered Payroll Accounting). We find quality very important and are therefore a member of this organisation. The professionals from our team have to attend training and courses on a regular basis for this in order to keep their knowledge level up to date.
Tax returns & Annual accounts
You can come to us for any return.
We provide various returns such as income and corporation tax, VAT returns and, where applicable, inheritance tax returns. We also prepare annual accounts for sole traders or general partnerships (if desired, not necessary). We will, of course, draw up the annual accounts, the publication balance sheet and the draft minutes for private limited companies (Dutch bv).
We are affiliated to the Netherlands Association of Accounting and Tax Experts (NOAB). We find quality very important and are therefore a member of this organisation. The professionals from our team have to attend training and courses on a regular basis for this in order to keep their knowledge level up to date.
As owners, Mariëtte and Kees are both members of the Dutch Register of Tax Advisers. Because they are both, as owners, members of the register, our office may carry the title of recognised RB office. The professionals in our team also have to attend training and courses for this on a regular basis to keep their knowledge levels high.
